Packaging illustration

For Bloom coffee based in Melbourne, I focused on colorful, bold illustrations as my main influences. I also wanted to embed some of my previous editorial experience in the illustration. I wanted the daytime arm (with clouds and the sun) holding the French press to be pouring coffee and waking up the nighttime arm (depicted with stars). I also included nods to some of the coffee’s flavor notes, like the bright acidity of oranges, while including some coffee plant flowers.
